Your consent to receive SMS is obtained when you submit a quote or booking request with your phone number and check the SMS opt-in checkbox. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any services. You can request a quote via email or phone without opting in to SMS.
Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Typically 3-8 messages per booking, sent only when there is a relevant update about your move. You will not receive more than 15 messages per month.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Comprehensive home solutions. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You may also contact us at [email protected] to opt out.
